Our Refund Policy

  • It is possible to provide a refund only if the application process at the immigration office is not started yet.
  • We can refund the amount of 80% of the fee paid if the E-Visa is not already provided by the Indonesian Government.
  • If the Indonesian Government closes the borders we will immediately advise you and stop the application process, if your e-Visa meantime has been already approved and expires we cannot provide a refund.
  • A 10% administration fee applies if you cancel your application and request a refund within 3h from the application form submission.
  • Once your e-Visa has been approved we cannot provide a refund.
  • Your refund will be proccessed within 14 business days from request via email directly to our accounts department at : [email protected].

Our application policy

  • If the immigration office refuses your application the payment will be refund 100%.
  • We follow the Immigration of Indonesian policy and regulation.
  • After we receive the application and payment we are not able to hold or cancel your visa process.
  • Cancellation during the Immigration Office process there will be no refund.
  • Due to confidentiality and privacy, we cannot discuss any application process or progress with a third party, unless given written approval from the applicant themselves.
